This site is designed and maintained by me, Channon Hodge.

I’m from New York City (Brooklyn to be more exact), and I spent a LONG time working in Television and odd-jobs in restaurants and always wanting to see the world and never thinking I had the money or the time for it.

And one day - I asked myself - “What do you do when you grew up wrong?”

Well, one thing is for sure - I know you don’t just continue to sit on your ass.

So, I decided to live abroad for a little while in France - the Southern Languedoc Region, Montpellier, which is very friendly to foreign students, and then Paris with my gracious family.

And I’m writing this blog…writing a lot of things, actually, in hopes that I can start spending my time doing more of the things I like and not just the things that pay the rent.
